Dryden Aqua AFMng GLASS Filter Media, 25 lb

Dryden Aqua AFMng Glass Filter Media, 25 lb is a next-generation alternative to traditional pool filter sand, made from specially treated recycled glass to provide finer filtration and clearer swimming pool water.

AFMng stands for Activated Filter Media, Next Generation, a technology designed to capture smaller particles while resisting bacterial growth and buildup inside the filter.

Its activated glass surface captures 95% of particles larger than 1 micron under specified conditions, providing more effective filtration than conventional silica sand.

AFMng also helps reduce backwash water consumption and offers a longer service life than traditional filter sand, making pool maintenance more efficient.
