Meet Aaron Wingate – Client Care and Scheduling

Originally from New Zealand, Aaron made Canada his home nearly a decade ago — and we’re lucky he did! Now a proud Canadian citizen, Aaron still loves to travel abroad for long stretches, but no matter where he is in the world, he's an invaluable part of The Hot Tub Man team.

Since joining us about a year ago, Aaron has taken on a vital role managing a huge portion of our emails, client bookings, and the constant flow of customers reaching out for high-quality hot tub repairs and purchases. Even now, while living in Germany, Aaron continues to organize and respond to customer inquiries — often while the rest of us back home are fast asleep! His positivity, thoughtfulness, and can-do attitude are a major influence on our entire team.
