Meet Hailey

General Manager

Before making Red Deer her home, Hailey owned and operated a successful mobile hairdressing business, where she developed the strong customer service, organization, and business skills that now play a huge role in The Hot Tub Man’s success.

Originally from Edson, Hailey is deeply connected to her family, her dogs, and the things that bring her joy — baseball, travel, the outdoors, and meaningful connection with the people around her.

As General Manager, Hailey helps keep The Hot Tub Man running behind the scenes. Her responsibilities include payroll, bookkeeping, administration, supporting the team, and helping guide the many day-to-day decisions that come with a growing business.

But Hailey’s role goes far beyond operations. She brings heart, compassion, and perspective to the company, making sure that as we grow, we continue to make decisions with kindness, integrity, and care for both our clients and our team.

Her positivity, warmth, and steady leadership make her an essential part of The Hot Tub Man family, and a major reason the company continues to grow in the right direction.
