Meet Jillian – Administration Officer

Jillian is the friendly voice you’ll most likely hear when you call The Hot Tub Man. As our Administration Officer, she plays a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers feeling right at home.

An Innisfail local, Jillian lives with her husband, Cary, along with their two beloved dogs and a cat. Outside of the office, she’s an avid motorcycle enthusiast and a proud member of Bikers Against Child Abuse, a cause close to her heart.

We’re incredibly grateful to have Jillian as part of our team. Her warmth, dedication, and passion for helping others make her an irreplaceable part of The Hot Tub Man family.
