The Hot Tub Man was founded in Red Deer in 2020 after seeing a clear need in the hot tub industry: reliable, honest, knowledgeable service that customers could count on long after the sale.

At the time, many hot tub owners were struggling to find dependable help. Some were waiting too long for repairs, paying inflated prices, or feeling forgotten after purchasing their hot tub. We knew there had to be a better way.

What started from a small apartment with door hangers, long days, and a commitment to doing things differently has grown into Central Alberta’s highest-rated hot tub, pool, sauna, and swim spa sales and service company.

Today, with branches in Red Deer and Leduc, our team proudly serves communities throughout Central Alberta. We’ve been honoured as Small Business of the Year, a 3-time Consumer Choice Award winner, a multiple-time CommunityVotes Platinum winner, and a finalist for Alberta Small Business of Distinction.
